OUR STORY
Connecting, empowering, and equipping leaders for global Kingdom transformation.

OUR Story
The Bridge Networks was birthed from a vision God placed in the hearts of Arthur and Shari Ledlie during a time of prayer. They asked a simple but life-changing question:
“What could we do to connect, empower, and equip leaders to change the world—and help them see God’s greatest dreams for their lives and ministries fulfilled?”
As they sought the Lord, He spoke clearly about Southeast Michigan and the importance of home-based venues as a place of gathering, equipping, and sending. In response to that calling, The Bridge Networks officially became a nonprofit in 2013.
How the
Bridge Began
With a God-given assignment but no physical home for the vision, Arthur and Shari began searching across Southeast Michigan. After an astounding 1,300+ properties, doors, and possibilities, God led them to what would become the Westland Bridge Home.
In 2014, they purchased the property and moved in—trusting God to provide. With almost no furniture and little money, the Lord exceeded every expectation. The Bridge Home became a place of hospitality, training, and spiritual renewal.
Today, the Bridge Home features:
- 3 guest suites
- A fully resourced library
- A dedicated conference room
- An outdoor patio
- A new media center
These spaces serve as short-term stays and ministry training environments for pastors, missionaries, ministers, and leaders from around the world.

A Growing Movement
Since its beginning, Bridge Networks has launched and supported multiple initiatives that reflect its heart for equipping leaders locally and globally:
- Fire House United: A revival-focused prayer and worship movement.
- The Embassy Kingdom Training Center: Operating in the U.S., Latin America (Guatemala, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, and Columbia), and Spain providing biblical training and leadership development.
- CAVU Media: A media studio equipping ministries and leaders to communicate with excellence, creativity, and clarity utilizing digital media.
- Global Impact: International missions, outreach, equipping, and pastoral strengthening.
Bridge Networks has also formed partnerships with 20+ local organizations and numerous international ministries—all working together to transform lives for Christ and advance the Kingdom.
To date, over 8,000 leaders, pastors, and students have stayed at the Bridge Home or been trained through Bridge Networks’ classes and programs. Since the pandemic, an increasing number of international students now join through virtual training—expanding Kingdom impact across nations.
